Since 2002, he has been professionally associated with the University of Information Technology and Management in Rzeszów. Responsible for development projects, analyzes and studies. Organizer of seminars, author of programs, courses and training. In the years 2002-2004, the initiator and coordinator of research projects carried out in cooperation with the UITM Institute of Economics. In 2010-2016, a member of the supervisory board of a Municipal Limited Liability Company in Żołynia.

Since 2013, he has been the director of research and science at the Institute for Financial Research and Analyzes (IFRA), a research and development unit of the University of Information Technology and Management based in Rzeszów. In 2013-2016, he was the head of the Department of Finance at the University of Information Technology and Management in Rzeszów. Editor-in-chief of the Financial Internet Quarterly since 2019. Lecturer at UITM postgraduate studies. Cisco Entrepreneur Institute (CEI) trainer. An expert in the field of public finances (in particular the finances of local government units).
