On November 7-8, 2019, at the University of Information Technology and Management in Rzeszow, a scientific seminar entitled International Science Exploration Event (ISEE2019) took place. It was attended by people interested in entrepreneurship. We hosted 53 people within the walls of the University, including scientists representing 14 domestic and foreign research centers, as well as representatives of business environment institutions and entrepreneurs. The group of 29 speakers included representatives of science with experience in international research dedicated to entrepreneurship. Among them, 12 people represented foreign research centers. ISEE2019 was also attended by representatives of the Global Entrepreneurship Monitor (GEM) and the Regional Studies Association (RSA), as well as people who co-create editorial teams of renowned scientific journals: Regional Studies and Small Business Economies.

The two-day event was aimed at disseminating on the national and international forum the latest research results on supporting economic initiatives by local government authorities in Poland, Estonia and Slovakia. The "International Science Exploration Event 2019" seminar made it possible to focus attention on the causative factors of entrepreneurship and its role in the regional perspective, contributing to the development of a platform connecting entrepreneurship with local and regional development in the countries participating in the ISEE2019 project. The assumed goal was achieved thanks to an international group of speakers and conference participants who presented original research results for which the common topic was to support entrepreneurship. In the next year, the aim of the project will be completed with the publication of the results of the presented research, including in the form of two scientific monographs (Polish and English), dedicated to the processes of supporting entrepreneurship in Poland, Estonia and Slovakia.
The International Science Exploration Event 2019 seminar is a task financed under contract No. 532 / P-DUN / 2019 from the funds of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education allocated to the activities of disseminating science. The participation of scientists from many countries in the seminar and the substantive support of scientific institutions allowed to expand the perspective of entrepreneurship. Thanks to such a wide audience (both listeners and speakers), there was an opportunity to present the results of Polish scientific research abroad, develop research contacts, deepen cooperation with representatives of the scientific community of Slovakia and Estonia, as well as other countries represented by scientists participating in International Science Exploration Event 2019. The event also created the opportunity to study the possibility of transposing the most effective solutions for supporting entrepreneurship between the countries participating in ISEE2019, especially between Poland, Slovakia and Estonia. ISEE2019 has created the basis not only for the development of the concept of international scientific research, but also for the preparation of joint scientific and research projects and applications for funding for their implementation.
