Team of IFRA by order of the municipality of Świlcza have developed a document called “The opening balance for the convening of local government for years 2015-2018 of the Municipality of Swilcza”. Within the expertise the analysis was subjected the economic situation of the municipality, was conducted the evaluation of its financial situation and procedures for managing its finances. Based on the prepared analysis were developed recommendations for the Authorities including elements shaping City’s financial policy during the current term of local government. Development of expertise has completed the presentation of its results at the session of the council of the municipality of Świlcza.
