The International Science Exploration Event 2019 referred to the issues of supporting economic initiatives by LGUs and aimed to disseminate research results in the field of supporting entrepreneurship by local government entities in Poland, Estonia and Slovakia. The seminar was attended by scientists from 19 academic centers located in various countries, such as: Great Britain, Germany, Italy, Estonia, Slovakia, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Poland. The partners of the event were the University of Tartu (Estonia) and the Faculty of Management at Comenius University in Bratislava (Slovakia). Presented report contains the biographies of the speakers, abstracts and selected issues from the discussion section.
